Dynamix Consultancy will complete an independent review of your business, which will be charged separately. A fixed fee will be pre-arranged for this and will vary depending on the type and size of your business. The fixed fees will start from £1,000 plus VAT.
Once the review has been completed, we will work with you to “heal” issues in your business. Working with you, the business owner, and your team members we will help put systems and procedures in place and help measure the impact of those changes.
On a monthly basis Naz, and other members of the Dynamix Team, will dissect the elements of the business that aren’t working and put them back together again in a way that helps you achieve what you want out of the business. We will also look at:

- Growth strategy
